Cleaner asset API routes and a new credentials endpoint for S3 uploads

Assets v5.2.1

External API v2 routes have been renamed from /all_assets/api/v2/... to /asset/api/v2/... for a cleaner and more intuitive public interface. This is a breaking change: external API integrators will need to update their base path before upgrading.

A new GET /asset/api/v2/credentials endpoint is now available, enabling external consumers to retrieve S3 presigned POST credentials required for the Add Asset workflow. Full details are documented under the new "Assets Credentials" API section.
