Pipelines v5.10.2 lets you add opportunities faster, records which company referred a lead, and makes it easier to find the right person in dropdowns.
The Add Opportunity form is now organized into five sections, grouping related fields. If you start an opportunity from a CRM company or contact, the Company and Contact fields fill in automatically. Any company or contact you add from the form is attached to the opportunity. Currency fields like Value and Sales Target Value now show thousands separators as you type.
A new Referring Company field now records which company referred a lead, in addition to the existing Lead Referred By contact.
Every person dropdown in Pipelines now shows both the name and email, making it easier to tell people with the same name apart. Contact and administrator dropdowns also have a Quick Selection group that puts the most likely choices at the top.
A new Task Due Date advanced filter lets you find opportunities by their task due date. Opportunities now have an activity rollup toggle and a way to attach files from the activities toolbar. More opportunity changes are now recorded in the Event Stream. Board cards now use icons for Company and Contact instead of text labels, so each card takes up less space.
Report charts now use the correct colors in light mode. Archived referring companies no longer appear by name in opportunity exports. The opportunity custom fields API now validates select values, rejects writes that previously had no effect, and returns only the fields for the opportunity's own pipeline. Target Conversion Date labels and day counts are now correct, long page titles wrap instead of being cut off, and the Task drawer's Due Date calendar stays visible.
