There are two tiers of Solutions Partner
Solutions Partners receive Licence Fee discounts based on their annual Licence purchases, direct access to request additional features for their customers and ongoing training & support.
Solutions Partners typically charge a consulting fee for scoping, design, integration and customisation to meet their customers requirements.
Our Sales Partners are experts from complementary businesses who introduce Insites to prospective new business.
They identify any opportunities where the Insites Platform is an amazing fit and refer us to carry out further qualification.
Sales Partners do not need any specific training beyond knowing about the features & benefits that Insites offers. Once a prospect is referred to Insites, they are put in touch with a Solutions Partner.
There is one tier of Sales Partner
Sales Partners receive a portion of the Licence Fee based on the number of annual referrals they make which turn into paying customers.
Sales Partners and Insites do not charge customers extra for any referrals - the costs are absorbed by Insites as part of its cost of acquiring new business.
